1) Dutch postal services rates will be used for shipment and added to the sales price. No extra costs will charged towards the customer. If not stated in the order (by the customer) the stamps will be sent for normal rate. This will mean that no guarantee can be given that the stamps will arrive, I therefore advice customers to use registered mail for their orders.
2) When orders are over €250,00 the registered mail costs are free!
3) I sell stamps to please my customer. Therefore I have a full money back guarantee for a stamp which does not live up to description. This guarantee is valid only when the stamp is returned in the same state as it has been delivered. This guarantee does not apply for stamps where the fault is stated in the description. A customer must state within 7 days after shipment date that he wants a refunding. The stamps must then be returned within 7 days after statement for refunding. I will determine if refunding in place or not. The images made for the shop will be used as basis for this decision. For other European countries it is 10 days instead of 7 days. For non European countries it the period is 14 days. During busy postal periods or strikes the period is non valid however an email still has to be send.
4) Not being able to sent an email due to computer problems is not taken as a valid reason.
